Thoughtful Advice Combined With Strong Representation

About The Law Office Of Julia M. Pendleton

“We provide considerate and quality representation with compassionate service. Together we will learn from yesterday in preparing today to build for YOUR tomorrow.”

I take my job very seriously when it comes to all aspects of the case, including intake, attorney-client privilege and confidentiality, procedural and legal strategy, legal advice, and most importantly, practical assessment in weighing a client’s options. I know that it’s not only about the end result, but also about how much time, effort and expense it will take to get there. Each case requires a balanced approach focused on two important components: common sense and reason. My main objective is to advance my client’s position to obtain a fair and equitable result, keeping realistic expectations for reaching short-term and long-term goals and also keeping emotions secondary, which sometimes is one of the most important aspects of building a solid foundation for the future. I’m very accessible and responsive to each client throughout his or her case. I find that most of my commitment and responsibility to a client involves continued support and advice throughout the term of my representation. I always want my clients to feel they will get an immediate response to a question or issue that may arise during the course of my representation.

Every case and client brings a journey — not every journey is easy. But with strategy, cooperation and communication, a client can turn this journey into a positive experience for rebuilding his or her foundation for years to come. I invite you to learn more about my practice and the family law services I provide by reviewing my bio and exploring my website.
